We aim to provide a transparent and professional consultation experience.
1. Consultation Fees
Consultation fees are charged for professional time, medical expertise, and allocation of consultation slots.
Once an online consultation has been conducted, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
2. Refund Before Consultation
If payment has been made but the consultation has not yet been scheduled, the user is requested to contact us via email or WhatsApp with the payment reference details.
If cancellation is requested before the scheduled consultation time, a refund (if applicable) will be processed as per this policy.
3. Technical Issues & Duplicate Payments
In cases of genuine technical issues, duplicate payments, or payment errors, requests will be reviewed fairly on a case-by-case basis.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days, subject to banking partner processing timelines.
4. No-Show Policy
If the patient fails to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice, the consultation fee will not be refunded.
